1. Brand & Operating Entity

P1.TEAM is a specialized cinematography and show production brand owned and operated by IT1.TEAM. All contractual engagements, invoices, and legal obligations are executed directly through IT1.TEAM.

2. Intellectual Property & Media Rights

All video recordings, 3D product visualizations, aerial cinematography, and documentation presented on this website are the exclusive property of IT1.TEAM and its respective production partners. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

3. Aviation & Operational Safety

All aerial operations are conducted strictly within EASA and local aviation authority regulations. Flight execution remains contingent upon flight safety clearances, weather conditions, and pyrotechnic perimeter security.

4. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Oost-Brabant, The Netherlands.
